Pre-Support Checklist
Before reaching out, please ensure:
- The plugin is activated under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- You have cleared your site cache (and any server-side caching like Varnish or Cloudflare) to ensure the latest visibility logic is applied.
- You are testing comment visibility with a user account that is not an Administrator or the Post Author (as these roles bypass the restriction by design).
